This (model DB101) double bass features a beautiful spirit varnish on an aged spruce top and a flamed maple veneer back and sides. It has an ebony fingerboard and tailpiece and brass fittings. For jazz, blues, or orchestra, this bass provides outstanding sound for an outstanding price.
